INTRODUCTION

These general terms shall expressly govern relations between Haya Titulización S.G.F.T., S.A.U. (HT) and any user who visits the website at http://www.hayatitulizacion.es/ (the Website) and who interacts via the Website.

A User is anyone who accesses, browses, uses or participates in services and activities on the Website.

By accessing and browsing the Website, Users agree unconditionally to these General Terms of Use.

HT may offer services or products via the Website that may be subject to their own specific terms and conditions which may replace, supplement and/or amend these terms; Users will be informed of any such terms in each specific case.

HT reserves the right unilaterally to alter the presentation and configuration of the Website at any time without prior notice.

The purpose of this Website is to provide information on the services offered by HT.


INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

HT is the owner of all intellectual property rights in the Website http://www.hayatitulizacion.es/ and in its source code, design, navigation structures and the various elements contained therein. HT also has sole entitlement to exploit the said rights, in particular rights of reproduction, distribution, communication to the public and transformation, in whatever form, under the applicable Spanish and European Union legislation.

HT’S LIABILITY

HT will examine the incident and advise the User as soon as possible on how to solve the problem.

APPLICABLE LAW

This contract shall be governed by Spanish law, which shall apply in respect of all matters not provided for in this contract as regards interpretation, validity and performance.

In the event of any dispute over these general terms, in the case of a purchase concluded by a private individual, the parties will submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts which apply to the consumer.

In the case of professional or business use, the parties submit to the Courts of Madrid and expressly waive any right to have the case heard in any other jurisdiction.
